We really enjoyed this wonderful hotel; its excellent breakfasts and outstanding rooms. The room we had included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. The property was close to restaurants, nearby parks, shops, Recoleta Cemetery, and all the main attractions. We had supper and drinks at the nearby Lobby Bar. The Smoking Bar, breakfast, bed and bath.
There were never enough people at the reception counter. I was kept waiting more than once. Upon arrival I had to carry my own bags into the hotel, as there was no one outside to help me.
